1. Scope of Renovation Work
Our commitment is to execute the architectural and design plan exactly as detailed in the final
approved project proposal. Any structural, cosmetic, or installation work will adhere strictly
to this agreed-upon scope.
2. Design Approvals & Sign-offs
Client sign-off is required for all floor plans, material selections, and 3D renderings prior to
the commencement of construction or the ordering of any bespoke materials or fixtures.
3. Change Orders & Modifications
If you desire alterations to the design or scope after construction has begun, a formal written
Change Order must be approved. This may result in adjustments to the overall project timeline
and budget.
4. Material Availability & Substitutions
In the event that a selected luxury finish, tile, or fixture becomes unavailable due to global
supply constraints, we will present premium alternatives of equal or greater value for your
immediate approval.
5. Unforeseen Structural Discoveries
During tear-downs or foundational work, hidden issues (such as water damage, outdated wiring, or
foundational shifts) may be revealed. We will pause work to consult with you on necessary,
code-compliant solutions.
6. Permit & Zoning Compliance
Renovation Path Way will handle the acquisition of all necessary local building permits and zoning
approvals. The project timeline may be subject to the processing speeds of municipal
architectural review boards.
7. Subcontractor Liability
We assume full management and liability for all vetted tradespeople, artisans, and subcontractors
operating on your property. All personnel adhere to our strict site cleanliness and safety
protocols.
8. Custom Millwork & Bespoke Orders
Custom cabinetry, tailor-made furniture, and specially imported stones are fabricated to the
exact measurements of your home. As such, these items are non-refundable once production has
commenced.
9. Warranty of Workmanship
We stand by our craftsmanship. All structural and cosmetic installations completed by our team
are protected by a comprehensive 5-year workmanship warranty, separate from individual
manufacturer warranties.
10. Smart System & Solar Integration
While we expertly install smart security, fire safety, and solar panel arrays, we are not liable
for external internet outages, third-party app updates, or municipal grid disruptions that
affect their performance.
11. Project Site Safety & Access
To ensure a secure environment, clients agree to keep pets and unauthorized visitors clear of
active construction zones. We will establish designated safe pathways if you are residing in the
home during the remodel.
12. Final Walkthrough & Punch List
Upon substantial completion of the renovation, a final walkthrough will be conducted together.
Any minor cosmetic adjustments or touch-ups will be documented on a "Punch List" and resolved
swiftly prior to final project handover.
